Daniel Mirza holds a PhD from the University of Paris I. He is Professor at the University of Tours, associate researcher at CEPII, Globalization and Econommic Policy (Nottingham, UK) and at CEPREMAP Association (Paris). A researcher at the Laboratoire d'Economie d'Orléans, he co-directed one of its teams (International Economics and Sustainable Development) between 2015 and 2024. He is a specialist in international trade in goods and services, as well as globalization and conflict issues, with a large number of publications in various peer-reviewed scientific journals. He has acted as consultant and scientific coordinator on a number of international trade-related projects for various ministries and national and international organizations, including the OECD and the World Bank.
